许凯渤，天津大学管理学博士，清华大学公共管理学院博士后。现为苏州大学政治与公共管理学院讲师，苏州大学校内优秀青年学者。主持和参与国家和省部级科研基金7项，已发表中英文学术论文10余篇，其中部分成果发表在World Development，Transport Research Part D，Social Indicators Research，《中国行政管理》等国内外权威期刊。
