王佳慧，本、硕、博均就读于哈尔滨医科大学，2022年于哈尔滨医科大学卫生管理学院获得管理学博士学位，现为苏州大学政治与公共管理学院公共管理系讲师。攻读博士期间主持哈尔滨医科大学研究生创新科研项目1项，参与国家社会科学基金重点项目1项、国家自然科学基金课题2项，国家医保局委托重点课题1项。在International Journal for Equity in Health、Frontiers in Public Health、Frontiers in Psychiatry、Frontiers in Psychology、《中国公共卫生》等国内外学术期刊以第一作者发表论文多篇，以编委身份参编书籍2部。
